Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
NHYHA Learn to Skate
1. All refund requests must be made in writing (or email) to the Registrar with a copy sent to the Level Coordinator. The request must include the registrant’s name, hockey division, full mailing address, telephone number, date and email address (if available). 2. Refunds of registration fees will be made to NHYHA registrants in accordance with the following schedule: B. Learn-to-Skate and Learn-to-Play: Full refund less $50 will be given upon request. Limit to one per player. Prior to November 1st for first session, prior to February 1st for second session. C. All Other Teams: Prior to 1st Try-out or practice (whichever comes first) Full refund of registration fees paid less $50 1st try-out/practice and forward refund is given based on services rendered. NO REFUND will be granted for players joining another organization or playing for a high school team. NO USA Hockey RELEASE will be granted until ALL debts are settled in full and must be approved by the President and Treasurer. D. Special Refund Request: 1. Will be examined on a case by case basis by the board.
